The Site is http://www.progamingleague.com and you just sign up and make a forum account and create a team in the 1v1 tournament, not to mention it's for 5,000 dollars. The only downside is its NA only, so sorry to you EU folks :P. The rules are on the site, good luck to you all if you join it :)
