Applicant Event - Friday 7/26

Introduction:

 

I decided to host a little Applicant event where we could get to know our Applicants in Foe. We all got together, and made some teams for some Fight Pits Inners. It was great practice and was actually a lot of fun!

 

 

 

 

 

The Teams:

 

 

 

 

 

Team 2 had started out very strong winning the first fight almost like it was nothing. This put them at a 1-0 victory. For the next fight Team 2 brought out the big guns. They tore up the battlefield in this fight. Putting both teams at a 1-1 win to loss ratio. For out final fight we had a simple run in, which came down to the last few people battling it out. Both teams only had 2 members remaining in this final fight. Team one quickly got organised and cleaned up the battlefield.

I think more should be done exclusivley with the applicants. We let them come in with no training or careful watching, we should work to get them better when they come in.

Good job, remind apps to take pictures just so you've got more pictures rather than the same people taking pictures can also see how they do in the event.
