Getting 99 hitpoints.

My current stats are 99 range, 94 mage, 60 attack, 78 str and 89 hp.

 

I want to max out with 60 attack and 99 hp, how should I go about doing this? If I get 99 str normaly I'd be around 95 hp I believe. An option would be to burst towards 99 mage and get it that way but I simply dont have the money. Is pest control with melee a good idea and use the points on hp? Does anyone have any other ideas?

Yep you would be at 95 hp because thats what I'm at.

Your best option is to just burst to get your mage up + hp exp
