Too bad the "how do we design and create" thing was pretty bullshit, being a Design & Tech student ( and getting 100% on my a level coursework...) I design through compilation and combination of previous designs, previous... things! influences are what shape ones creativity. 
But the rest of it was pretty cool!
I don't get how the placebo effect would work, if the body thinks it's cured, then it would stop producing the antibodies to combat the pathogen... then the pathogen would over run the host?
