uhm for a first time it's good, most people fail to remove black bars, render etc.

 

On your edit generally; You used fade in the beginning, left the 35 seconds without any edit at all . Until the end where you used radial blur effect together with a zoom in on top of the originally clip. The only effect u used was decent,  but you had no sync with the song at all. When the K.O happens and u do the effect it doesn't match the songs beat.(try re-watch it a couple times and you'll see what i mean) Looking at this from rs-perspective its prob nice to see some clean hybridding, but if you look at this as an edit you'll need to sync / time the clip(s) much better. Also try find the "high points" in the song, chorus etc, take this as constructive criticism :)
