Foe forums display pictures showing as white?

I tried to upload from websites and directly from my computer but all of them seem to produce a white/blank picture. What's the issue?

I made several topics about it, it has nothing to due with size or format there is a scripting error somewhere

I've tried both big and small pictures. I've added space and tried .jpg and .png and neither helps.
