Bursting magic, gear and costs?

How many casts would I need to burst form 94 to 99? I don't need an exact number but any sort of half decent estimation is good.

 

Also, whats the max mage bonus? Most of the stuff is obvious aside from the top, bottom and head for me(anything better than ghostly robes + mitre?)

You wouldn't use a master wand, you'd want a ancient staff and probably a god book

Well you can't auto caster with master wand so it wouldn't be afkable, and prayer bonus is probably better

If you dont mind the money i would barrage if anything just because of the damage and such. Either way will be expensive. 

 

 

Would it be worth it to burst at skeles from 70-82? I just cba to sit and alch for hours and I'd like the hp levels as well..
