kreamie pies Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 (edited) Those are the mackie srm 450s they are V1 so they are discontinued, I paid 399$ Each used, Powered 450 watts RMS per cab, If you are looking for something to get the job done for parties check out the b215d or b212d or gemini gvs series speakers. Henrik Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 sweet setups there. Finally got a new laptop today so will be starting to learn the mechanics of Ableton Live once again. Used to play around a little in the DAW before, but my computer and sound card were absolute garbage so it didnt go anywhere. Good to see DJ's around here anyways. Hope I can learn stuff from some of you.

Get your self some nice stands so you can get them about 6.5-7ft in the air. The only thing I dislike about peavy is their aesthetics. They make very ugly speakers except for sp-bx series. I plan on buying 4 dual 15 cabs and 6 dual 18 subs to start up my own venue pa system. The only downfall is that they are un-powered so most of my money will be going to the amplification. b212d is also another great option about 200$ for about 300 watts rms.
