How the fuck are you 185 pounds your a twig... And you can't just plan to not skip gym shit just happens people get injured or Dr-motivated or even yet lazy. If your goal is to reach 200lbs you don't need to go gym for that just eat alot of food if your talking about gaing muscle to reach 200lbs leaned than that's going to take a few years of training in your first year you will be blessed to gain 2lbs of lean muscle a month if you put in the effort you can build great muscle in your first year than it just becomes harder to get bigger, and you days are stupid do Monday wend Fri (or Sat Sun) have a rest day between every gym day your still a noob giraffe neck.

he has to gain 15lbs, he can do that in a yr easily. it also rly doesnt matter what days he goes, so long as he's training every bodypart 1-2 times a week consistantly.

Let me rephrase it for you, I want to reach 200 as fast as possible and was wondering how I should do that. Simple enough to understand?

etc do you not understand the concept of gaining weight you eat more calories than you need 10 donuts before bed for a few weeks should get you to 200 lbs I'm no time
