I saw this in a advertisement on youtube and people in the video saying they get 200mb/s over in Singapore and New york and stuff is that true ? I honestly get 1mb/s if I'm lucky LMFAO

Yeah mate, we're far as fuck behind with net.  Half of Aus doesn't even have copper line down.  Mean while remote parts of Finland and Eu countries get 30-50mbs.

Nah torrenting is different to download speeds though. I prob can torrent up to 1mbps and my internet gets speeds of 20mpbs download because I live quite close to the exchange.

 

And i'm not on cable, only on ADSL2+

i think torrenting is based on upload speeds or like 5% of max download speeds im not sure i thinkupload speed would make more sense.
