Hey Man, OSRS is alright, just seem's to be dying a bit because of the lack of updates. Apparently Godward is coming back and yeah, their are rares but they aren't rare.

 

Jagex did it as a random drop thing but the bots ruined it and theres a shit load of rares making them like 500k or less
