i find it funny that so many people are tragic enough to post stupid responses in the health and fitness section, im glad you think not being a fat mug is something worthy of joking, have fun with your runescape, neeks.

tricep kickbacks are underestimated by alot of ppl

Not rly theyre just shit

 

kickbacks are actually quite good i do them alot i know all of these tricep exercises just wanted to see what works for other people getting bored of the same ones.

 

extentions are good too, i do them standing up with two dumbells with the dumbells vertical.

They're crap.. the tension is on your tricep from when your arm is at an L shape, to when your arm is fully extended.. if you do them overhead, or with a cable, the tension is on your tricep from when your bicep is fully flexed until your arm is fully extended.. the ROM on a kickback is fuckall lol
