Currently have no pre/post workout shit to drink or pills or whatever. 

Currently go to the Gym Monday-Thursday and Take Friday+Sunday off.

Should I use anything?

OT: only supplement worth using as a natural bodybuilder is creatine monohydrate.. get a protein supplement if you can't get enough protein from diet[1g/lb of bodyweight] but its just a dietary supplement and should be treated as such, think of it as food, so there is no time when you should and shouldn't take it.. most of the time for me i realise i've not had enough protein in a day so im just like o fuck and have a shake with like 4 scoops of whey lol or i take it in the morning just to get the bulk of my daily protein out of the way.
