What's the best way to do it? Knive caged ogres?

Or is bandits worth it at this level?

Don't use cannon, range is the best way to get hp levels and cannon gives no hp exp.

 

Just use knifes at ogres/rock crabs.

I would say moss giants or fire giants. They have a lot of safe spots and pretty low defence. Also, some fairly decent drops for just training. A lot better than rock crabs or experiments in my experience.
