I'm under the suspicion of -[ Robbery & Assault, and Attempted Robbery and Assault ]-

To whom this may consider 

 

 some of you may care ( Some of you may not care ( As I've just joined up and eh... you don't know me from Adam!

 

 Well let's start off.

 

 I'm  20 years old ( 21 in 2 months - Therefor I'll go to Adult jail ( Luckily as Juvenile is way way worse.

 I have a Fiancée ( Whom is a nervous wreck right now over this.

 I have a 3 year old daughter and a 6 year old step son.

 I'm a Welsh Guard Infantry Soldier.

 

I was held in a Prison Cell for 43 hours!  ( 24 hours is normally what their only allowed to do! - But it's so serious they held me longer!  ( They also toed the car away for DNA.

 

 I'm under suspicion of Robbery & Assault, and Attempted Robbery and Assault 

 

 I'm not really going to say much here for obvious reasons.

 

 This is a serious offense - I'm going to "CROWN COURT" That means I can get 12 months+ Nothing under.  - It's one of the highest possible,  This is really really bad.!

 

 

 I'm a Soldier ( Welsh guard infantry solider - I'm not going to let anyone walk all over me that's for sure, If I have to do something bad inside to protect my self then that's going to happen.  I'm scared for my Fiancee & my kids because if/when I go to Jail this is going to go in the news Papers 1000%  But I'm hoping I can beg my heart out to make the Jury ( Judge ) not to allow it in the papers due to me having young children.

 

 

 My 15 year old brother was with me at the time too... I know I should of acted to responsible adult but I was drunk!  I have no idea why I got anyone involved in this! Theirs no chance on earth he's going because I'll blame everything on my self if I have too.

 

 

  I  am not a bad person, I am a loving person whom cares for my children and my Fiancee...  I clearly acted selfish and wasn't thinking about anyone else but my self at the time.   I've been to the doctors and they subscribed my Diazepam 20MG ( Basically a Valume )  until this is all over.

Criminal court - Beyond reasonable doubt, if they cannot prove that you'll walk (Studied law before university). I've got a criminal record for TBF (Theft by finding). I got a community order and flunked it, ending up on tag for 105 hours due to my outstanding record at cadets/community charity work etc.

 

They won't want to send you to prison and remorse/openly admitting guilty ALWAYS help. As long as ya solicitor presents you well enough and you plead guilty and say what the effects have already meant to you IT SHOULD be okay. Need anymore advice? PM me and i'll give you a good few links in regards to the matter. GL and keep ya chin up! "Cymru am Byth" 

 

Also if you do go to prison just ask to serve it at an army base.
