Henrik Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) Forums | Memberlist | Teamspeak 3 (ts.foe-rs.com) Final Ownage Elite rounded up 17 elites on rather short-notice for a f2p pkri versus Redemption. Final Ownage Elite swiftly geared up and met in Edgeville to leave for battle. We were supposed to have just one round, but RD was hungry for vengeance after we took the first round. So we agreed to make it a best of three instead. After losing round one, RD started playing games with us. They were secretly assembling more opts to get an advantage over us. We obviously didn't want to give up without trying though. Final Ownage Elite Vs. Redemption Final Ownage Elite headed up to vents where Redemption was waiting for us. Redemption was defending the location so we rushed straight on top of them with scims. The fight lasted a good 5 minutes or so with both clans having some members returning. Foe members were able to outdamage Redemption and they started dropping around us rather quickly. Despite their solid attempts to return we easily managed to hold our group at vents until they were forced to run west to singles at mossies. We thanked them for the good fight before we headed down to edgeville to bank our loots. Redemption Round two We were already about to call it a day after clearing RD once, but it seemed they didn't want to give up without a rematch. They were thirsty for a win over us and pmed us for a round two, only this time Final Ownage Elite would be defending. We agreed to give them another round. We headed up to Chaos altar to restore our prayers before going up to our defending location. We headed up to 39 wildy rocks to defend. They rushed on top of us on the hill with scims. We managed to hold a good clump around the rocks for several minutes, but we were out-opted which meant a tough time for us. We tried to return and take back control over the location, but we were not able to clear them with lower opts. Redemption took the second round and naturally we were headed for a tie-breaker round, so we re-geared one last time to get ready for the decisive battle of the evening. Redemption Round three (Tie-breaker) 17 of us headed up to wildy one last time. We knew RD was playing games and tried to sneak in extra opts to the fight. We weren't going give up without a fight so we headed to battle knowing we were significantly out-opted. We caught them off-guard north of sperm hill when we rushed. We were doing some serious damage and we pulled to the northeast hill and sniped them with bows. The battle started turning to RD's advantage and we weren't able to clear the bigger group of RD members. Despite our solid efforts out-opted we were not able to clear RD. Redemption took the decisive battle in their name and ended this evening with a 2-1 win over Final Ownage Elite. Fights were supposed to be with even-opts, but RD didn't seem to want to agree to the terms. Oh well, we sure gave them a good fight anyways.
