Mage Training Methods With HP Exp

Does anyone know any mage training methods using combat spells and on monsters that give you drops?

 

only one i can think of is fire bolts and steel drags? would i be able to do that on my level 55 pure with 71 mage?

fire giant's you can safe spot, tzhaar's you can safe spot as well. both have alright drops same with ogre's (Ranarr seeds and others)
