Hello, my name is Robert Paulson. I purchased a pack of Sharpie Markers (12 pack) from a your store in Bristol about a week ago. I didn't open the packet until yesterday.

I proceeded to use them as soon as I opened them, all was going well until I attempted to use the black, which had completely dried out, I was rather disapointed, but figured I would just live with it as it was only one colour, but the dark green also had the same problem.

Then when compairing them to another packet I purchased from your store a few weeks before hand the colours were very much all dried or drying out.

Please don't think of this as a complaint as I always purchase items from your store and have done for many years, but I would appreciate it if you could send me a new packet rather than a refund.
