Pre-EOC every time I seen a system update I dropped my head into my hands with the frustrated "What are they fucking up now". Yeah I know that feel man. Glad they finally fixed this shit.

The rubber band effect was from trying to spam click an area and you run back and forth losing like 10 energy before you move.
