1 def pure.. 60 attack, or 70+?

Is it more practical for a one defense pure to stay at 60 attack or get 70-75+ for whip and godsword?

 

 

pure will be used for:

single target edge PvP

f2p and p2p wars and pvp events

PvE like barrows

 

 

godsword only

 

attk 75

str 99

def 1

mage range hp 99

prayer 52

combat = 88

 

 

dragon

 

attk 60

str 99

def 1

mage range hp 99

prayer 59

combat = 83.9

 

maxed with 1 defense / 53 pray (whip/gs pker)

 

combat = 95.8

 

 

I'm curious if I go too high in attack will it negatively impact f2p pk and/or clan warring

can i just max my stats with 58 pray and 1 defense and not worry about combat lvl for all these activities?

ps. I want to whip pk because thats what I did with my original pure but never aimed to max it in the most effective way. Fear Figment was my idol then. x]

will i still be effective in f2p or wars when I can't use an ags and/or whip, though?

10+ combat levels is a lot to pay if you aren't benefiting from it everywhere I feel like.

I think the attack would help me with zerkers and other moderately armored opponents anyway so i'll probably go the attack route.

just making sure I don't make any horrible mistakes :p

For wars higher attack is always better even in f2p

For single Pking 60 is the best until you can afford ags

however i'm going to use the xp for 70-75 to pk at a lower combat for a bit

 

back to strength with extra accuracy now :D
