Strong dedication. 8am trips are for East coast during Daylight savings, generally it's a 6:30am mass and 7:00am leave.

 

West coast is like 3:30am mass 4:00am leave. ;p

Same reason as everyone else, most of us are on holidays atm anyway, and when we have school we have to be up early anyway and trips finish just before school starts, no trouble at all
