The only thing which would help would be your processor and your video card.

From the picture I'm guessing your computer is like 5 years old? Might be wrong. 

Honest opinion, Intel graphics are awful for playing games. You need to post a picture of how much RAM your computer has to, optimizing that will also help!

As someone commented you can play OSRS with anything. 

But I'd recommend getting a proper gaming computer if you have the money, they're good for a lot of things! Especially gaming ofc lol
