Before I start ranting I'd like to introduce myself to the community.

Hey, my name is Eemi and I'm 18 years old semi-professional poker player, student and a health enthusiastic.

I come from Finland and I've been playing rs for 8 years now, lifting for about 2.

1. Splits/accessory exercises

To get more muscle you need to get stronger, to get stronger you need adequate rest (as a natural lifter). Getting stronger and building muscle goes hand in hand. Doing 10 different exercises in the gym (on a given day) is only going to stall your progress. What I highly recommend: full body routine that revolves around compound lifts with a few accessories for biceps/shoulders/triceps. Upper/lower split if you are an intermediate lifter. Bro split is only efficient for people who are ENCHANCED and as a natural lifter you need to get STRONGER to gain muscle. Why bro split is bad: you only train your muscles once or twice a week, you won't recover as fast as you would doing full body/upper lower split that have more rest days. Bro splits also don't take into the account deload weeks/periodization.

Tl;dr: u get bigger by getting stronger, full body/upper/lower splits are better for natties, u don't need to do accessories.

2. Supplements/fitness industry

Most supplements are bullshit, anyone who's trying to sell you fat burner pills, test boosters etc is a scammer. Most fitness models/bodybuilders (even if they claim that they are natty) are enchanced. Anyone who has that dry 3d ripped look is either a genetic freak, steroid user or combination of both.

3. Bulking/cutting

This is stupid if you are natural, slight increase in maintenance calories does the same job as huge increase. Building muscle is a slow process and consuming an extreme calorie surplus is not going to speed up the process at all if you are a natural lifter. On the other hand, cutting is also really bad for the natural lifter. If you starve yourself you are going to lose all your strength. If you diet down slowly you are going to keep most of your strength.

4. Programs you should be on

a) Novices:

b) Intermediate/advanced:

5. Natty or enchanced?

Thanks for reading.

3 vuotta salia ja viikonloppusin kaliaa, tulokset noussu silti vitusti :D turhaa hypettämistä tollaset

Tuloksia voi saada tekemällä mitä vaan, eri asia millä sit saa parhaiten.

You can make gains doing anything but it's a different story what's going to be the most optimal way.

thank god ur a professional lifter and know better than anyone else about this stuff. thank god

Hmm, I guess I came up a bit arrogant. By no means am I a 'professional' lifter but anyone who knows anything about exercise science knows about this stuff. However, the vast majority just follows training/diet advice given by fake natties/bullshit magazines and is not making optimal gains.

I just don't want people to hurt themselves following advice given by steroid users/scam artists. For instance, Jeff Seid is a fitness model who has millions of followers on facebook and instagram and he's telling people that they should cut on a 1800 calorie diet and claims that high protein intake allows you to gain muscle while on a significant calorie deficit. Not to mention that he also says that you should change your workout everyday to "confuse" your muscles so that they can grow. Can you now see where I'm coming from?

Proffesional poker player? mah nikkuh

I don't consider myself a professional poker player but a semi professional as I'm still a student. However, I'm able to support myself financially by playing poker.

rofl at that whole post

Thanks for not giving any ground to your opinion.
He started lifting 2 years ago, half Assed everything, did a load of stupid shit, made no progress, and still doesn't look like he lifts at all.. not even sure if he still does lift. You don't need him to give ground to his opinion because it wouldnt even be worth taking into account anyway

Good post but it's already been said by people such as me and Tristan multiple times on people's advice threads.

While I was browsing these forums all I saw was 'yolos' spreading their bad advice lol. Anyway I'm happy to see that there's others who have done their research too.

A majority of the people that use this section are clueless and just want to be 'AESTHETIC LIKE ZYZZPRAH BRO'

for steroid use, which do you recommend?

I don't use steroids but there's a channel on youtube which has many informative videos regarding them.

I don't want to give you advice on which steroids to use/dosages/combos because I don't know enough about them. Do your research, don't believe everything that is said and find the right products. More importantly, make clear to yourself that at some point you have to come off them and you will shrink. Finally, ask yourself if you really want to use them. I don't want to glorify steroid use but when you jump on the juice you gonna get fkn j00cy brah y0l0.
