i am saving up some gp to pay for mage/range on a new low level pure, i wanna be more in the 75ish/82 area (1def) i am just gonna train my current 25def account to a 100-106build for fightpits and watnot. therefor if you'r wondering why does legacy need this gp? here is the reason.
