good bi/tri insertions, potential for some sickening guns.

 

bodyfat is still pretty high 16-18% atleast.

 

remember you need to increase deficit by adding  more cardio or eating less as your bodyfat gets lower and lower.

 

i started stalling arounr 15%, ate at maintenance for a week and slowly reduced calories again, and it worked wonders for me personally.

 

yohambine HCL is a pretty good stimulant/fat burner to target stubborn fat receptors, have a look into it.

Looking good mate.  Look at refeed days or reverse dieting or eating at maintenance for a while.  Whatever works for you.

My Eating Routine for the Past Two weeks, Starting to notice Defenition coming in on my upper abs and upper Back. Upping Cardio Sessions to Twice a Week, Currently Working out 6 Days a week.

What cardio you do?

 

high intensity running machine, different gradients and different speeds

 

if not i do Skipping and rowing

 

ive found skipping i tend to pick up the most stable heart rate of 155ish
