k or as i Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 (edited) good bi/tri insertions, potential for some sickening guns. bodyfat is still pretty high 16-18% atleast. remember you need to increase deficit by adding more cardio or eating less as your bodyfat gets lower and lower. i started stalling arounr 15%, ate at maintenance for a week and slowly reduced calories again, and it worked wonders for me personally. yohambine HCL is a pretty good stimulant/fat burner to target stubborn fat receptors, have a look into it.
