On your good mornings don't look up, keep neutral spine same as when you deadlift. So when you lean forward keep facig forward so essentially stare at the ground.

Soon as you look up back of neck folds it's a weaker position.

Squats, you hitting depth? Looked a little half rep but maybe the angle?

Arms. Hitting similar exercises? For example the rope to above head is hitting tricep same as dumbell overhead. Tricep keep the rope overhead and the other movements but swap the dumbell overhead for dips?

Just advice. Keep going

what's your protein intake? i weigh 108kgs so im taking like 220 grams a day, and its getting insanely expensive

I just aim for anything g above 150 really

Not need to go too high as long as you get that at minimum

18:0 here I need to get into gym properly not just sporadically so I can push for the big 30 before the end of uni
