So when you lean forward keep facig forward so essentially stare at the ground. Soon as you look up back of neck folds it's a weaker position. Squats, you hitting depth? Looked a little half rep but maybe the angle? Arms. Hitting similar exercises? For example the rope to above head is hitting tricep same as dumbell overhead. Tricep keep the rope overhead and the other movements but swap the dumbell overhead for dips? Just advice. Keep going 1
