DeltaPapa Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Hows that make a difference? And how much you spend per week on food ?
Dripz Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 (edited) Changed Macros, as you can probably see im moving toward going on a full keto diet. slowly working toward cutting out my carbs completely to about 25 a day. will probably have some small portion of chicken or something later on Edited January 27, 2015 by Papa Dripz

Bench has gone from 60 KG to 100 KG (115 1RM) Deadlift has gone from 65 KG to 110 KG (125 1RM) Pull ups when Starting 0 : Pull ups now: 12 Will be uploading some pics once i have the time etc. Could have been a lot better if i was a bit disciplined over christmas, never the less im proud with my results Edited January 27, 2015 by Papa Dripz
Walli Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 your bench and deadlift should not remotely be anywhere close. stop with stupid diets and your shit food. You think that training is the hard part? you post about how much you can lift but in truth i would respect your changes more if you benched 80kg and put the same effort into your diet. Training is easy, the lifestyle is harder. Your main problem is you are fucking lazy. Stop buying food. Spend an evening cooking and preparing food for the coming days which you can take with you in lunch boxes.... its not rocket science or difficult. Pick a lean meat... Chicken or low fat beef mince or turkey mince are the best I find. Add some vegetables. I tend to pick brocoli and asparagus. Add some sweet potato there you have an easy meal that takes fuck all time to make and you can keep in fridge for few days. google paleo. cut your shit. sort your lifting out because nobody cares about benching. see better gains.
Dripz Posted January 28, 2015 Author Posted January 28, 2015 110kg deadlift and ur proud of urself 6-8 reps x3 sure why not
DeltaPapa Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 I dont understand Wallis statements. Surely a macro is macro? Doesn't matter its source
Walli Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Cba explaining of you think fast food and processed shite from shops is a good diet then i need not waste my time posting.

Steroids Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 lol packing grilled chicken/veg with you everywhere you go is for 2 kinds of people 1. professional athletes (where meal/nutrient timing is actually relevant) 2. bellends complete waste of time for your average gym rat who just wants to get fit/look good
