Bjorn Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 Good job so far bud. I hear cutting out all sodas will help a lot too. I only drink water :P Good. Try eating more fruit and vegetables? Soda is all sugar, so bad carbs. You're right. Fruit is healthy, but stick with 2 a day max.
