~Chaotik Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 In my experience, the pre-workout you take depends on what you're looking to get out of the workout, as well as how much of a tolerance you have for the energy you get from it. MusclePharm's preworkout is VERY strong, so take it in smaller dosages than recommended unless you have taken pre-workout many times before and feel comfortable taking a large dose. I personally take C4 right now, got a great deal on it. Most pre-workouts are minimally different, so find a flavor and type that works for you.

Also if you live in/near Sheffield this website is very good for cheap, fast delivery, its owned by one guy and he personally delivers you your stuff anytime with i think 12 hours notice.
