standard or high detail?

so I was wondering whether or not it was better to record with the runescape setting on standard detail or high detail? In most pk videos i see standard but i am used to high detail a lot more. it is a small problem...but i am just wondering

I'm pking in HD Full screen, but I never use anti, cba with it. XD

We're talking about what he should pk in when he records, not what WE pk in.

I play and pk in HD (small version). I record with Camtasia recorder and have no lag. A VERY useful tip is to change your Windows theme to classic before recording, which reduces lag by a lot (my computer used to freeze up when I used the Windows Aero theme).

It closes down idle and uneccesary applications temporarily. It's amazing for a computer that can't handle hd.

Standard Hd, Not Fullscreen

Fullscreen is a bid stupid In my opinion, But the Graphics are still as good in the Standard Hd Resizable Option
