i have this image, I need the 12% at the bottom left turned into 22%, and the 1743 under the crown turned into 1992.

 

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated

 

Also, is there any way to darken the letters of C H A M P A G N E with a darker gold tint?

that 1743 into 1992 will be real difficult. 12% no problem. Not a professional photoshop though

don't have photoshop on my home computer but could easily do this at work, unfortunately too busy.

I did it Andrew, the bottom band now though towards the left end its a lighter shade than the right side. I want to make it all consistent

is there anyway to enhance the start and the crown? as one side is darker than the other.

 

And the bottom band one side is darker than the other too
