i was granny shortin it 4 tha lols

 

I do legs, just not very serious about them.  whether I have a 30 min workout a week on them or 1 hr 30 it makes no diff to me lol

and all squats sets are arguable, as I tend not to do ass to the ground cuz of a bad knee, which would therefore make my max squat irrelevant'

oh and not measured them in a while, i do know they are toning up and actually looking pretty darn good since i started doing more ab exercises (my legs hurt before my abs lols)

 

6'1/170-175

 

when I go in, I know which muscle groups ill be doing so I pick what I feel like doing from the pool I have

 

with college and work and a gf, having workout plans and a strict diet is a bit more difficult than it might be over the summer so this big boy is excited to go hard once finals are done

diet is gonna be changing going into summer, but there are just  alot of things i dont let myself eat as of now and that helps a ton lol

routine generally 4 day week, chest, shoulder/back, tri/bi, and legs.  cardio has been non existent the past few months but a little bit of abs almost every day
