Edge - Quest to pure

Well, if you've read my introduction you'll know that I've come off from a long break and decided to train a pure up. 

So what I will be doing is every week, I will be posting a stat up date of the work I've done. Baring in mind I work full time so won't be huge each week. But will still be ok I guess.
