I rarely eat any vegetables, I gag when eating things like broccoli and beans and eventually lose my appetite if I try to keep it down. The only things I really like are tomatoes, cucumber, corn, carrots, zucchini, potatoes. Also feeling like your stomach is empty is fine as your body will get used to intaking less food as you lose weight.

Is the number one thing i have a problem with

dedication of going to the gym every morning is no sweat for me, and days that i dont go i feel like shit

i've made so many gains in the past year, (and only gains weight wise) its time for me to start cutting

the only problem is i dont have enough discipline to eat right shit

dont get me wrong its not like im going out to mcdonalds every meal, its just that portioning meals and planning shit out in advance seems to much of a hassle

tl'dr what do u guys do

at this point over eating, and not eating the right things is just a habit

i just need to break that

Tbh, the first thing that you should do would be eliminate any calories due to drinks. Stick to mainly water, because although it doesn't seem like much it helps in the long run.
