Takes 2 weeks or less to get foe reqs. Buy 20 mil. Start an acc, do basic pure quests, buy 43 prayer, get to monk maddness tunnels (do not finish quest yet) chin from 60- 85 range. Do slayer with mage till you can high alch. Bot alching till 82 mage. Get the stats required for miths/dt, do urself or pay someone to do them. BOOM foe reqs.

Seriously.

That or just move on.
