grye are fine at lower levels but once in the 80s its more worth it to use reds for the better hits/time saved, and they have a better xp to ppot used ratio

red chins is something like 50k chins i thought so 700 ea for that= lots

I think you can go with 150 xp a chin or something.

In the past I did 82-99 with 60k chins on a 1def.

and about 1k prayer potions if you use range prayer.

NMZ is garbage xp unless you have multiple people willing to stand there while you gain xp.

Although grey are cheaper, I'm pretty sure red is overall cheaper because of the amount of each that you'd have to use. I chinned for 99 range :).
