Just started using Photoshop cs2, getting the hang of the pentool now thanks, to someone (To Idolize)

I just made a quick avvy to see how I do :)

I know they're REALLY basic but I think they look nice?

What you think? any advice etc is welcome  B)

I like it. Simple and the animation is nice. Good job on following the tutorial.

On the negative side, the border of the avatar (top edge) is really messed up as it cuts off. Also I think a nice border to the signature would top it off. None the less, good job.

Yeah I couldn't get it right so I just thought meh :P

I need to work on making borders, no clue how to do them.

I'm not a fan of animation... It always takes away from the tag every time.

Yeah animation does take away the main focal of a tag. I mainly use animation to hide a crappy signature to to add something different.

Also for a basic and simple border, make a new layer above all others. Then use select all then border and pick a size and color.

If you want a multi-colored border, you could do modify - border - and set a gradient.

I would remove the name animation and just leave the little slider across the glowing path.
