Amusing Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 ive just finished moving into my house and the the previous owner has a gym setup and said he doesnt want it anymore so, i moved so i could weed and get away from all the other drugs currentlyy doing a bricklayer apprentice, i wish just curious what would be a good routine/timetable for me to start off lifting and maybe even a diet that will help along the way?im 6.2 and weigh 71 if anyone could point me in the right direction on what i should be doing to start off it it would be much appreciated :)
Akahana Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 (edited) Well since you're doing bricklaying (tough work) work out after you get off work. I work with rebar (placing steel), I just do push ups/sit up when I wake up, but when I get off work I lift weights. I just eat meat all the time I am a pretty good cook so I just cook random things sometimes just blend it up and chug. I'm no fitness coach I just do what works for me and I'm happy with my results. @@Amusing as for reps and all the technical stuff, do what ever works for you find your own pattern/routine and keep at it, push yourself. Drink that vitamin water. soooooooooo goood. Edited June 5, 2014 by Akahana

Do it day by day and you'll achieve it while you're working. Goodluck ! :D

DeltaPapa Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 no one is going to write you up a gym/diet plan for you. PTs get paid a lot for a reason, no one is going to do that for free.. Just google different starting bodybuilding routines. Read threads on bodybuilding.com/forums. Look at beginner workouts. If you don't understand, ask those questions. I wouldn't ask 'what should i do' as no one will help you. The information is already out there.
