And i have not had dinner yet, Most Likely going to be eating some tuna, Spinach In two months i have lost 7 KG, I am going to go hard this month and try and aim for 5-10 KG This month alone. Regardless of what some people on these subforms say about IIFYM etc., Some foods are just not as good for you as others so stay away from fast food like fucking fridge raiders which is basically just mechanically recovered meat packed with MSG and your usual shitty additives/preservatives
