Am i eating good for my cut?? usually have 4 Eggs for breakfast instead of the Fridge Raiders Was in a rush.

 

And i have not had dinner yet,  Most Likely going to be eating some tuna, Spinach

 

In two months i have lost 7 KG, I am going to go hard this month and try and aim for 5-10 KG This month alone. (Bare in mind im Trying to maintain strength whilst cutting)

 

 

Recommendations please.

Why are you even posting in this section, you don't even meet the age requirement to lift free weights in the gym

lol at the notion of maintaining strength on such a ridiculous calorie deficit and trying to lose 5-10kg in 1 month.

 

this is beyond stupid. if you actually manage to succeed in your goal you will no doubt look like an anorexic mess. do some research.

But you eat the same thing everyday? and what about dinner do you skip it and just sleep? cause that's really good

How much is 1/2 a chicken

 

costed me 3 pound from sainsburys ready cooked.

 

I usually get like 3 chicken legs for 2.10 but they had none today.

all the processed food you eat isn't doing any favours if you're trying to lose weight.

 

Regardless of what some people on these subforms say about IIFYM etc., Some foods are just not as good for you as others so stay away from fast food like fucking fridge raiders which is basically just mechanically recovered meat packed with MSG and your usual shitty additives/preservatives
