stop buying so much shit food

like what exactly :o

all the processed food you eat isn't doing any favours if you're trying to lose weight.

Regardless of what some people on these subforms say about IIFYM etc., Some foods are just not as good for you as others so stay away from fast food like fucking fridge raiders which is basically just mechanically recovered meat packed with MSG and your usual shitty additives/preservatives

Lol stfu ur clueless and cynical

May be shit food for other reasons but there's no study or evidence to say that said shit food is used differently calorie wise compared to 'clean' food.

Define 'not good for you' cause I'm sick of hearing it..

I'm not talking about the foods being bad as an energy source i.e. nutritional content gets you the same value regardless of the source, but you can't honestly believe that it's alright to eat two pizzas daily just to meet your calorie requirements?

Regardless of C/F/P content, my original post was about him buying processed foods and I was getting at the additives which are in the ingredients of all of those sorts of foods, like MSG and an insane proportion of "seasonings" (in the form of preservatives and salts).

You can get as 'strong' as you like eating the protein from this shit if you want but enjoy dying at 40 from heart disease (edit: /liver failure)

you eat whatever the fuck you want to eat.

if you want to eat processed food go for it. no you won't die at 40 from heart disease the people who die at 40 are the ones that don't exercise and only eat shit food their entire life.

obviously healthier/leaner foods are better for you in terms of better vitamins/macros/minerals but if you want to eat more shit food than healthy food than go for it,results will be slower and your cuts will turn to months.

I'm not saying eat two pizzas or an absurd amount of processed food.  I believe in flexible dieting/IIFYM in a logical sense. I'm not shoving constant shit down my throat.  I eat rather 'clean'.  Eggs, oats, shakes and fruit/veg are my staple diet.  I do however like to allocate some left over macros occasionally to said shit food.  It's all good in moderation.

Moderation is fine, and I agree with what you said @@Tris, my original point was that every log Dripz has posted where he mentions food makes it look like he's eating processed stuff every day, I was stating the dangers of that.

I've been eating shit food for months, if I eat my daily macros with healthy and I'm still hungry I could care less if I go get take out, which is every few days.

That was exactly my point tho, he's not getting 2 pizzas a day, nobody does that and to get the amount of sodium, saturated fat etc, anything considered 'bad' you'd need to eat a high enough amount, consistantly that you'd be on a huge caloric surplus and become obese anyway..at which point you'd think well shit maybe I shouldn't have eaten all them chicken dippaz.. him getting a bag of fridge raiders is not a basis to tell him to stop eating anything, the RDA for sodium is pretty high anyway lol
