If google were to buy RS, which will prob not happen and these rumors are just are fetched thoughts, it will honestly be very good for runescape... (in a way that we would not like) I think that google would just advertise the fuck out of it and it would grow fast but not in a way we would like.... If it attracts NEW players, those player would play RS3 not knowing or caring about OSRS....

Google don't have enough experience in gaming to even think about buying something like Runescape. They need to know what people want so they'd need test servers of their own game to gain the experience etc.
