So i had some good ep, and a targ woot, i stand and wait for him to come, i saw him in bank he was a 1itmer, and i got a seren earlier from another 1itmer targ at low ep, i was feeling confident..

Losing 7ep has nothing to do with the bad target drop, you would have got the bad drop wether you got the other kill or not.
