Back to RS.. got a couple questions

So i've recently started playing O7RS a lot more here are my stats 

 

I just wanted to know where to train range with chins because i can't go back to ape atol. I also wanted to barrage 99 mage at NMZ, is that still possible or did they nerf it? Where can I find people to do NMZ with me?

Can pay people in W1/330 to go in NMZ with prayer pots so the bosses cant hit you, As they'll be melee only, Not sure about the mage diden't do it in there, I trained range in it though, Not sure about the chins.
