CW grinding worth it?

I find the Halos, a little weak compared to the Bearhead which dont take alot of time to get. 300 cw tickets should be worth a little higher stats compared to a quest item you can get in 30 minutes... Bearhead has more stats on the defensive bonuses then Halo, and the +3 pray from halo dont add up to the losst defensive bonuses.
