Banned from #FinalOwnage, havnt played in 4 years?

Hello, I couldnt find a topic related to my problem so I will just ask here. I have recently just returned to Runescape with a new account and I can't seem to join #finalownage in IRC. I registered my nick and am identified but it keeps saying I'm banned. I havn't been in the channel in years and would like to lurk as I train up for the requirements.

Maybe you're in a channel that has been channel banned.

Probably in a channel which is not allowed by #finalownage to be in at the same time.
