Like, 3a shit should be class bonuses for that much cash, it should be far better than master wand lol ye of course, I dont think that people buy it because they want magic bonuses anyway. Its just a rare item that really rich people seems to seek.

Now that I think about it, the price of this 3rd age wand might be really stable for the next few months at least.. elite scrolls are not easy to get as a drop, nor easy to do. Let alone get a lucky reward. That guy wasted 1.2b on a wand but he might even end up profiting from it to be honest
