Anyway, opinions on iSatori Bio Gro and also natural test boosters (d-aspartic acid in particular)? Anybody given these a shot? I was debating buying some when I start bulking again in a month or so. Been cutting all summer so I've just been using the standard creatine and whey.

As with most supps, there really isn't conclusive evidence either way out there, just anectodal evidence. I'm probably not going to buy either, was just wondering if anyone here had used before

Tris Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Natural test boosters, no. If you're 18-25 there is no need, should have plenty of testosterone naturally floating about. Bio grow - I tried a tub of this when it was on special. Noticed a minor change in training/physique over the course of taking it but it's hard to tell just how much of an impact it had when my diet/training is usually consistent.
