Tough Mudder

Did it last year in one held in yorkshire. In all honestly it's not as hard as it is made out to be, when I was doing it there were lots of people completing it that were not in shape whatsoever. The only bit I found testing was the electric shock because that was actually legit painful.

 

Oh yea and I do reccomend doing it with a few mates it helps a lot.

 

Yeah I'm doing it with one other friend, I think stamina/cardio wise I should be good, what's it like on the strength side, because I haven't been able to get to the gym much? I

 

they're fun but don't go there thinking it's gonna be even as tough, endurance-wise, as the half-marathons. providing theres a decent amount of people you spend most of your time waiting around for your turn on the obstacle.

 

I can imagine its a lot of waiting around, whats it like srtength wise?

just easy body-weight stuff that anyone with the ability to do a few pull-ups should shit all over

You still got your headband Steroids? Mine is somewhere but I cant find it for shit.
