Urka Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Um try lower weights for some time and then increase weight? Idk hehe might work :p gl tho
Ben Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Plant your heels and make sure you drive through your heels primarily, hold your core tight and make sure your head is up and a lot of people like to even look up towards the ceiling, give that a try if your not doing any of those. If your already doing them you might wanna look At dropping the weight..

Ikz Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Sounds like you need to use your heels more, that or the weight is too much. If you're trying to push up with the front of your feet instead of the back your legs are going to go whack.
Mortuls Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 lower the weight till there is no longer knee shaking also check out some videos of more experienced people doing squats, check if their form is similar to yours

Next time I hit the squat rack I'll keep this in mind.

R3V3NGED Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 lower weight keep heels flat could be bad mobility
Ollie Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 My friend had this because he has tight hamstrings, you might be the same, but try putting your heels on a small 1kg plate when you squat and drive through your heels. Also make sure knees are pointing same way as toes.
