DeltaPapa Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 (edited) ^ At my old gym they done this pretty much Except it was at the edge of the squatting platform Edited August 7, 2014 by DeltaPapa
Walli Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 Drop the weight. Feet under your hips with tou feet facing straight forward. When you squat make sure your knees go out as you go down keeping your chest up. If you cant do that with a low weight dont put more on and work on your mobility
Average Joe Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Soft. U can try box squats tho no shaking necessary because the weight u put on isn't gunna be anything to look at. Good explosive movement and helps with form a lot which seems like ur prob
Dog Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 Sounds like you need to use your heels more, that or the weight is too much. If you're trying to push up with the front of your feet instead of the back your legs are going to go whack. Thanks for the only on topic post in this entire thread. Next time I hit the squat rack I'll keep this in mind.Lmao he literally just copied Ben's post so how is that
Boss Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 lower your weight bro try warming up and stretching first
Big Dan Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 build up legs more and you should be more stable
